Your new rule will be added to the rule list and Stellar Calendar Assistant will immediately begin copying your events as requested. Stellar Calendar Assistant will monitor your source calendar and update your destination calendar with any events that change. To stop monitoring and remove any events already copied, just select the Delete Rule button.
Stellar Calendar Assistant can copy events from one of your calendars to another. It can include all the details of the event or it can leave off the details. It's up to you.
People often have separate personal and work calendars, not to mention the calendars for sporting events, school schedules, clubs, and so on. It is a lot to keep track of and Stellar Calendar Assistant can help.
Perhaps you would like to see all of your work events on your personal calendar and also see your personal events on your work calendar, but without the details? Using the Stellar Calendar Assistant, a doctor's appointment you put on your personal calendar will appear on your work calendars, and would show as "Busy", rather than showing the details.
During the beta period, it is completely free to use. After the beta is over, a small number of calendars with a limited number of events will remain free. The monthly cost for an unlimited number of calendars and events will be less than the price of a coffee.
Currently only Google Calendars are supported.
We hope to have support for those in the near future. Say tuned.
Yes. It is safe to copy in both directions. Your events will only appear once, even when copying between multiple calendars.
The assistant creates that calendar for you to hold any copied events that you have deleted. It is sort of like a file trash can or recyle bin. For example, if you aren't interested in one particular meeting on your club calendar that you are copying, you might delete that event off your calendar. The assistant will move that event to the shadow calendar to save it for you in case you want to put it back. To put it back, just delete it off the shadow calendar. Most calendar apps will allow you to hide this calendar if you don't want to see it.
Stellar Calendar Assistant currently can connect to only one Google account at a time. If you would like to connect calendars between different Google accounts, you can share a calendar from a second account to the main account. Here is how to do that.
The event description of every event created by Stellar Calendar Assistant has a line that begins with https://StellarCalendar.com/
No. Stellar Calendar Assistant never stores any of your calendar events. Your information stays on your calendars. Stellar Calendar Assistant reads your calendars and only stores the calendar names and event IDs to be able to copy the information to your other calendars.
To stop events being copied you need to delete the rule that is causing the events to be copied. Here are the steps to do this:
From the Account tab select Delete account. Note that you must first delete all of your rules before you can delete your account. You may re-create your account at a later time if you wish.
